TRX Intense Training

Fitness Anywhere Video

TRX Suspension Training is a high-intensity, 30-minute strength workout that adds the element of instability by using all bodyweight-based exercises. Bodyweight training is being recognized as the ultimate form of functional fitness.

If you’re looking for a new way to train or supplement your traditional strength program, TRX can provide results. Athletes looking to improve range of motion, endurance, swing power, vertical jump and speed will also benefit. Those with special concerns may want to train individually with a personal trainer to customize a workout that includes TRX training.

TRX is a muscle endurance program that can be performed 1-3 times per week. Like traditional strength training, you should leave a day of rest between your TRX training days. If you are currently doing a traditional, full-body strength training plan 2-3 times per week, you could replace 1 or 2 of these sessions with TRX training.
