This website is designed to aid you in meeting your fitness and sports goals. It will create customized training programs for you to follow. Your training calendar will indicate which days to do which exercises. Simple and easy to follow. Each exercise is described with pictures.
The programs developed through this tool are based on years of training expertise. Please consult your physician before starting any physical training programs.

Personal Training Options
Option 1: One-on-One Personal Training.
There is a 4- session minimum for one-on-one personal training.
Getting Started
- First we meet to get to know each other. This is where you tell me all about you and what your needs and goal are. You will also fill out a questionnaire so that I can find out about your health issues, eating habits and past training programs you have been involved in.
- We set up days and time that you will train. I work on a month to month calendar basis. I invoice you at that time and your monthly fee will be based on the number of sessions for said month. Full payment is made at that time. We then do an assessment including your weight, measurements and body fat. We also do some basic strength and flexibility testing and take a before and after picture.
- I then set up a program, based on your goals and the information you provide. I set up a program that focuses on core, flexibility, balance and absolute strength. Some cardiovascular work will be included in your workout, but you are encouraged to do cardio on your own. I will also set up a program that you can do on your own on your non-training days.
- I am here to provide you with the tools needed to help you meet your goals. What you put into it will determine your success. Let's get started and have some fun!
- Option 2: Semi-Private Training. Same ole stuff, just more people! 4 people max for buddy training. This is great for those who want personal training but one-one is not an option.
- Please arrive before your scheduled time to warm up or to do your cardio work.
- Because my business is based on appointments, I encourage a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours, you will be charged for that session. Emergency cancellations will be rescheduled at my discretion. If I have to cancel a session for any reason, you will be able to make that session up.
- If you are going to discontinue training, I request that you give notice two weeks in advance. This will allow me ample time to fill your time slot. Training sessions are non- refundable.
- I attend two fitness conferences a year, I also participate in Charity fundraisers, and sometimes I take short vacations. You will not be charged during the time I am away.

Online Personal Training
How this works:
- You must have a computer and an email address to be able to participate in online training.
- We start with an initial consultation, which can take place in person, online or over the phone. This is where you tell me about your goals, needs, medical issues and your fitness history.
- You must sign a waiver and fill out a questionnaire before we get started.
- I will provide you with a client login name and password so that you can log on to your page on my website, to download your workout. You will contact me after your first workout to let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
- The amount of communication after our first session will depend on you. (Communication is strongly encouraged though if you have any questions and/or comments at all).
- You are basically on your own, so self-motivation is extremely important here.
- Initial Consultation: $150. This includes your first workout. 90 minutes maximum for initial consult.
- 3 Online Appointments: $135 per month.
- 6 Online Appointments: $240 per month.
- 30 minute maximum for scheduled online appointments.
- After each appointment, you can use your login information to pick up any changes to your program. You will also have access to client info, tips, and words of encouragement.
- Payment must be made before sessions begin. Payment can be made by cash, check or visa/MasterCard.
- You will also receive a set of workout cards which are included with your initial payment. You can pick or I will mail them to you.
- Basic nutritional guidance is also included with your appointments.
