Below is a workout I created for a taste of what a program looks and feels like with me training you and/or your team.  Please know that this is 1 workout out of 36 (12 weeks) which progressively gets harder and harder to make sure that the body is getting stronger and faster.  I made this program for a player I have been working with for a few months and he is getting ready for the fall season which is coming pretty quick.  Enjoy!
