A year and a half ago I started a journey of wanting to be a healthier person. I started by changing the way I ate and going to the gym on a regular basis. It worked! I lost weight and I felt better than I had in a long time. But it wasn't enough; I needed to set goals for myself and to be in touch with my spiritual self as well. 

It was then that I decided I wanted to learn more about strength training and the right way do the exercises so that I wouldn't injure myself. I inquired about getting a trainer at the gym and that's when I met Josh Chewing four months ago.  In the short amount of time I have been working out with him I have learned so much.

He is very inspiring and always shows great enthusiasm about my workout. When I have a question about how muscle groups work or which weights to use, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain it so that I understand. He always encourages me to go the distance and always tells me I can do it. When I look in the mirror can't believe the muscle tone I have already.  He has helped me so much in meeting my goals; I would recommend him to anyone who wants a trainer who is passionate and dedicated about what he does.
